Animals hold a sacred space in her life. She doesn’t just care for them, she lives for them. Known as a proud Dog and Cat Mum, Akanksha extends her love to countless strays, feeding, treating, and sheltering them with a mother’s devotion. Her home is their haven; her streets, their sanctuary.

As the Lead for the Lucknow Chapter and Lead Volunteer for the Delhi Chapter of one of India’s largest NGOs, Akanksha has mobilized people, resources, and hearts. Whether it’s cleaning rivers choked with waste, feeding birds at sunrise, distributing blankets to those forgotten by winter, or hand-making collars and sweaters for dogs on freezing nights—she is always at the front line, where change begins.

Transitioning into Talent Management, Shweta made a bold shift from balance sheets to human potential. Her belief is simple yet profound: when you invest in people, you invest in the future. At Srijan Sanrakshan Sewa Foundation, she has turned this belief into a blueprint for transformation nurturing a generation that values empathy, purpose, and impact over mere profit.
